Overcoming the inside and outside stuff

175_roundInside is such a place of chaos.  It is a place of facing an abyss without any safety ropes.  Inside varies vastly in its temperature from very cold to very hot.  Inside is so isolating and yet so cozy comfortable.  Inside can feel like a void or be so overwhelming full.  Inside comes bursting out without any controls.

The outside has high expectations and demands so much.   The outside isn’t there most of the time when needed.   Outside is cold with rejection, ridicule, and disbelief.  The outside provides such labels as too much, hyperactive, and bipolar.

The inside is full of self-doubt.  The inside believes they will find out it is faked.  The inside is so confused. The inside tries so hard to blend in.  The inside wants to scream, run and hide.  Inside wants to jump for joy and run in circles.  The inside wants to cry out of pain.  The inside knows it is not right or good enough yet.

The outside says you are so smart you can do it on your own.  The outside asks why you don’t have this done.  The outside doesn’t hear the cry for help.  The outside ignores the questions and the ideas.  The outside so no way you have not produced anything extraordinary.

The inside stumbles, falls, yet is driven to go on.  The inside drifts and yet is compelled.  The inside sees the world and so many connections.  The inside feels the touch, hears the music, sees the beauty, and experiences the emotions.

The inside and outside can meet.  They can exchange possibilities. They can overcome the extremes and meet in the middle of valleys at the peak.  The inside and outside can utilize tools to bring a meeting of the minds.
